Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with TCG & Collectibles! We’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and with care. Please review our shipping policy below.

📦 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • High-volume periods (new product releases, sales) may extend processing by an additional 1–2 days.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (US)

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Standard Shipping price - $9.99

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email (and/or via your account dashboard if logged in).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

🛡️ Shipping Protection & Lost Packages

  • We carefully package all TCG products to protect collectibles from damage.

  • TCG & Collectibles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost during transit (not marked delivered), contact us at tcgandcollectibles1@gmail.com and we will assist with a carrier claim.

📦 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at tcgandcollectibles1@gmail.com

  2. Include photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s)

  3. We will review and work with you to provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Factory-sealed products are not guaranteed to contain mint-condition cards.

🌍 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship:

  • To P.O. Boxes for certain large or high-value packages

  • To countries restricted by US trade regulations

If your country is unavailable at checkout, contact us for assistance.

🔄 Address Errors

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and your package ships, we cannot guarantee recovery or replacement.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At TCG & Collectibles, we are committed to ensuring a reliable and transparent purchasing experience. Please review our return and refund terms below.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of collectible products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Trading card singles

  • Sealed booster boxes, packs, or decks

  • Graded cards

  • Mystery boxes

  • Any product that has been opened, altered, or tampered with

This policy helps maintain product authenticity and protect the integrity of collectible items.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • The incorrect item was shipped

  • The product arrived damaged due to carrier handling

If a product must be returned for evaluation, a refund will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected.
If a replacement item is available, it may be offered as an alternative to a refund.

3. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email tcgandcollectibles1@gmail.com, including the following:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the shipping label

Claims submitted without proper documentation may result in denial.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

TCG & Collectibles is not responsible for packages that have been marked as Delivered by the carrier.
For packages lost in transit (not marked as delivered), we will assist in submitting an inquiry or claim to the shipping carrier.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or improperly formatted addresses provided at checkout.
Refunds or replacements cannot be guaranteed for orders affected by address errors.
